We’re your newest sorority event-planning best friend!
Our goal is to empower sorority exec members by “demystifying” event planning, whether it be for a parents’ weekend, philanthropy event, or date night. We are located in the heart of Athens, Georgia, and equipped with years of knowledge and resources specific to this community (and within the UGA Panhellenic network). Turnipblood’s service will not only help with venue and entertainment booking, and budget management but will educate exec members along the way. We offer transparent guidance throughout the process to help fully explain every aspect of talent buying and event planning. Our goal is to equip you with the resources, knowledge, and skills needed to execute successful events, fostering a sense of ownership in your abilities.

Your impossible becomes possible with our all-in-one talent and production services. Already have your band and need to make them look and sound great? Hosting a Parent’s Weekend luncheon at your house and need to turn your sorority house patio into a main stage? We’ve got you covered! From staging to lighting to sound, we’ve done it all. We can provide expert advice and execution, working with you and your selected entertainment to ensure your event looks and sounds amazing. Production services include design, planning, coordination, and Day of Show.

Wanna find meaningful work in the entertainment industry after graduation? Wanna skip the mailroom? Be a Turnipblood intern! Our interns receive real-world training and responsibility while earning college credit. Interns are required to formulate, execute, and review unique projects that define their success and future opportunities. This isn’t about making coffee runs - our interns do real work so we can help them find meaningful work in the entertainment industry. Interns must be enrolled in school or taking a semester off expressly for the purpose of interning. Internships are for class credit only (non-paid internship). We’re actively reviewing intern resumes for spring 2024. If you’ve got what it takes, we’d love to have you. Come join the revolution!
